InvisibleCRM is cool

Though it’s spring, Moscow-based InvisibleCRM is still cool. The company has announced its inclusion in Gartner’s prestigious “Cool Vendors in CRM Sales and Customer Service and Support 2006.” The “Cool Vendors” report is a biannual listing of IT service and outsourcing vendors that Gartner defines as “a company that offers technologies or products that are innovative, impactful, and intriguing.” InvisibleCRM is a Salesforce.com desktop applications suite that, says press material, “bridges the gap between how salespeople work and how they work with CRM” and “provides a single unified online/offline workplace that [gives] people the native ‘look and feel’ Outlook/Desktop environment they are used to.”
